Applications for Digital Pressure Regulator

Applications for Digital Pressure Regulator

Digital pressure regulators have many advantages over mechanical regulator designs. A digital pressure regulator controls the pressure and stabilizes the flow. No matter how different downstream conditions are, Our electronic pressure regulators come in a variety of configurations. A simple gadget may suffice when accuracy is of little importance. But the electronic pneumatic regulator  offers greater precision. Variable-rate control via control signal and feedback signals to create closed-loop pressure control. Electronic pressure regulators for demanding medical product applications. semiconductor manufacturing and test engineering industry

Flow and pressure cannot be assumed to be constant. Pumps and compressors send pulses. And pressure fluctuations on demand When the digital pressure regulator lacks accuracy or does not respond quickly enough, The result is that the process is unstable, and the temperature, concentration and moisture level will vary.

Electronic pressure regulators offer superior resolution, repeatability, and responsiveness. This is achieved through the patented dual proportional valve design. When combined with our advanced PID technology, the result is greater output flow and pressure stability. This reduces variability & enables more consistent process control.

Closed-Loop Control for High-Tech Applications:

Generally, air pressure control valves are adjustable only by hand. This limits its usability in high-tech applications. When an air pressure valve regulator is used with a digital control system such as a microcontroller or PLC, the precise output voltage can be dynamically controlled. Transducers that measure internal pressure provide closed-loop controls. And provide feedback voltage of current output voltage. Reading the feedback signal from the electronic controller, The control system can make adjustments in real-time. It surprisingly improves consistent pressure control in most applications.

Pressure Regulators:

Electronic relief valves are also available from us. The digital pressure regulator is available in high/low versions. And withstands pressures from vacuum to 100 psi. These particular electronic pressure relief valves operate in the set range of 1-100 psi.

The  electronic pressure regulator can be configured to use an externally supplied dynamic input signal. o On-board adjustable potentiometer There are options for 0-5 or 0-10 V control/feedback signals. Input power can be 12 or 24 V.

The digital pressure regulator are designed for approx  510 pm/18.2 scfm. There is a 6 pm/0.25 scfm upper limit on the low flow regulator. The pressure relief valve also works up to 510 pm/18.2 scfm. (All currents are 100 psi). The regulator maintains outer pressure from -14.7 to over 100 psi.

Various types of fluid joints are available to suit the intended application. The electronically controlled pressure regulator is available with OD tube fittings or female port. One connection port is available for high flow regulators. These are FPT supply and discharge / Exhaust port. There are two types of connections available for the pressure relief valve: 1/4″ FPT and 1/8″ FPT.

Upper Digital Pressure Regulator:

Incorporating patented technology, the digital pressure regulator offers special proportional closed-loop outlet pressure control. Quick response aligned with high-resolution repeatability and linearity ensures the stability required for processes sensitive to pressure changes.
